1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use mohrhouse.co.uk or ask Mohr House to help you. By using the website or our services you accept them. If we agree anything different with you in writing, that written agreement applies.
2. Who we are
Mohr House is a UK university admissions service based in London. You can reach us at hello@mohrhouse.co.uk.
3. Our service
We help students choose UK universities and courses, prepare applications, move from offer to CAS, and get ready for the Student visa using official gov.uk guidance. We may also offer optional arrival and settling-in help.
- Universities decide whether to make you an offer. UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) decides your visa. We can't guarantee either.
- We are not immigration advisers. If you need personal immigration advice, we will refer you to an adviser regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority or a qualified solicitor.
- Past results, including our visa record, don't promise future results.
4. Your part
- Give us true, complete information and genuine documents.
- Tell us straight away if anything changes, such as your grades, money or a past visa refusal.
- Meet the deadlines we agree, and pay universities and the UK government yourself.
If we believe a document is false or money has been borrowed short-term to pass a check, we will stop working on your application. Where the law requires it, we may report it.
5. Fees and money
- Your first call is free.
- We never take your tuition, deposit, visa fee or health surcharge.
- Optional paid extras, such as arrival packages, are priced in writing before you agree to them. If you are a consumer in the UK, you can cancel within 14 days of agreeing, unless you asked us to start sooner and the service has been fully provided.
- Universities may pay us a commission when a student enrols. We will always tell you, and we recommend on fit, not commission.
6. Mohr Partners
People who refer students to us sign a separate Mohr Partner agreement. Partners are independent, are not our employees, can't make promises for us and must tell students they may receive a referral reward.
7. Website information
We keep this website accurate, but rules change. Visa fees, money requirements, scholarships and exchange rates are general information, not advice. Always check gov.uk and the university's own pages before you act. Exchange rates are indicative mid-market rates. We are not a bank or an FCA-authorised payment service, and links to money transfer apps are for convenience.
8. Our name and content
The Mohr House name, the mohr seal logo, text and designs on this site belong to us. You may share links and quote small parts with credit. You may not copy the site, use our logo, or pretend to be us or one of our partners. University names and logos belong to those universities.
9. Other websites
We link to gov.uk, universities and other services. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them. Some links may be referral or affiliate links, which we label.
10. Our liability
We will use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for decisions made by universities, UKVI, banks or other third parties, or for losses caused by information you didn't give us or that wasn't true. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Ending our work
You can stop using our service at any time by telling us. We may stop if you break these terms, for example by giving false documents, or if we no longer believe we can help you honestly.
12. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date below when we do. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. If you live elsewhere, you keep any rights your local law gives you.
